Disciplinary Panel
Anton Lodge reported that a new disciplinary team and the loss of Steve Whiteley as Panel Secretary had led to a slow start in dealing with matters of discipline. He pointed out that Rule Changes to be dealt with later had been drafted in order to deal with the sort of cases which had arisen in 2007. The case of Julien Coodall had been satisfactorily concluded and a statement published on the Website. Anton reported that clubs’ open websites had on occasion been used in a ‘cavalier manner’ and he pointed out that clubs must be held responsible for entries on their sites. Dates will be set for regular Panel hearings during the season.
No report in the absence of Bradley Atkinson.
The League Secretary read Bill Kitson’s report ( copy Attached ) and Sir Thomas expressed the thanks of the League to Bill for his work in what is a most successful and important project.

The above reports were all accepted by the Meeting, and copies are available if required.
