Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held at Ripley Town Hall - Monday, January 23, 2006

were received from Bill Kitson, Bradley Atkinson, Steven Potter, Peter Crack, Tony Whittaker and Justin Park.
Wath. Helperby and Dishforth were not represented.
The Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on January 18th 2005 were signed as being a true record.
There were no matters arising.

Treasurer Neil Burtwistle The treasurer presented the balance sheet ( accounts for the 2005 season) Following a few questions from the floor the balance sheet was accepted by the meeting.

The above reports were all accepted by the meeting

Neil Burtwistle (Treasurer) John Barrett (Junior League Secretary)
and Steven Whiteley ( Disciplinary Panel Secretary were all
re-elected unopposed. (Nominated and seconded by Clubs )
Chris Newton, Bruce Jackson and Peter Crack were re-elected unopposed (nominated and second by clubs)
The Management Committee Representatives are David Burton, Colin Grazin, Peter Crack, Bruce Jackson and Steve Whiteley. Roger Deakin, Richard Bleasdale, John Lyons, David Owram and Godfrey Wetherall were re-elected. There were no nominations from the floor.
All proposals from Disciplinary Panel Chairman, Management Committee, Goldsboroughs’ Proposed Change and Umpires Proposal were incorporated under Management Committee and Cup Competitions Secretary were agreed.
Many of the above were not new but tightening up of rules already printed in the league handbook.
No changes.
Letter from Pateley Bridge re Ladies at the Annual League Dinner and Presentation Evening was discussed. It was agreed that Officers, Players, Club Members and Ladies who are Officers in their club or who have helped massively may attend.
Sir Thomas was thanked for Chairing the meeting which closed at 9.30pm.
