MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting held on Thursday 22nd October 2009 were signed as being a true record of that meeting.

GROUND VISITS
After some informal discussions about the weather and amenity suppliers, the document listing all the ground visits was circulated and amended to allow for the absence Bill Kitson and the return Derek Chapman to ground visiting duty. This was finalised fairly quickly and it was agreed to carry out visits after the first game of the season to give clubs as much time as possible given the recent wet weather
With their being no other business the meeting was closed at 8.10 pm.
