The minutes of the meeting held on Thursday 9th April 2010 were signed as being a true record of that meeting.
MATTERS ARISING
None
GROUND REPORTS 2010
All ground reports were read out discussed. Given the excellent spring weather, most grounds were in excellent condition and it was noted how many runs had been scored in the first few weeks of the season
Ben Drummond raised concerns about the lack of grass on Bolton Abbey’s square but also mentioned how good a condtion Lofthouse and Middlesmoor’s ground was.
Derek Chapman felt more work on the square was required at Crakehall especially on the wicket ends but commended Wath and Melmerby on the excellent work they had put in at their new ground.
Gary Collett highlighted problems with overall maintenance at Almsford Oval, and it was clear no improvement had been made over the last few years.
