MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting held on Thursday 28th February 2008 were signed as being a true record of that meeting.
MATTERS ARISING
A copy of a recent email from John Barrett regarding ground conditions for the first week of the season and the difference in conditions between the west and the east of the league was circulated. The Committee were in total agreement with John’s comments.
Committee were also told of Chris Newton’s stance against the league’s decision regarding Sharow and Rainton CC at a recent Management Committee meeting.
GROUND VISITS
Generally the committe were happy with most grounds although there were one or two exceptions such Bilton’s Almsford Oval. Ben Drummond agreed to contact Bilton for some feedback regarding the ground’s state.
