Further Information
Another close encounter between two evenly matched sides that was just shaded by a better top 5 batting performance by Follifoot. Follifoot won the toss and on the hottest day of the year decided to bowl first on a good wicket Milligan made early inroads supported by Townsend and if the Middle order of Helperby hadn't batted with maturity Follioot could hav been chasing less than 70 but still were confident at half time of getting 108. Townsend continues to impress with the bat and Jake Mills again hitting a quickfire 33 ptretty much broke the back of the chase leaving Clough and Watts to see us home. it is always a pleasure to play Helperby close encounter play how the game should be played.
