CHILD WELFARE . Bradley reported slow response from clubs to appoint their club officer. Goldsborough say that they can’t get anyone to take on this role. It is however an ECB and YCB regulation that all clubs must have a Welfare Officer in place before the start of the season. If there are any clubs in our league who have conformed to this regulation they will be reported to the Disciplinary Panel.
Thanks to Bradley for his hard work = a good job done.

It is hoped that Management Committee will give Stephen names of players who they consider could well be selected to play.
MCC The team for the MCC match should be made up of players who represented the League in Cup Competitions during the season. They should be written to, to invite them to play in this match and attend the dinner in the evening ( this is the thank you for playing during the season.)

CRISIS AT YCA
This was discussed in some depth and agreed in principle that we should donate £300. Check with Sir Thomas and Neil Burtwistle. It was agreed that if this amount was sent we would not object to it being published by YCA if it would help in that other Leagues might follow suit and also donate.
