The minutes of the meeting held on August 22nd 2005 were signed as being a true record of that meeting.MATTERS ARISING
No letter gone to Mrs Dorothy Thwaite as Peter Crack has not got all the information required to hand.
CORRESPONDENCE AND SECRETARY’S BUSINESS
Officials up for election at the 2006 AGM. John Barrett, Tricia Heard and Neil Burtwistle are all willing to stand.Members up for election at the 2006 AGM Chris Newton, Bruce Jackson and Steve Whiteley.
Erik Thompson will look into the strength of the Disciplinary Panel. We need Colin Grazin to be on this Sub Committee as a member from the Management Committee- this to be discussed at the next meeting.
Division 8 Trophy – Mrs Anne Hammond is delighted that the Div 8 Trophy is to be named after her late husband. Agreed to spend £114 on the cost of the trophy.
Fines – suggestion that if fines are not paid after 7 days then points should be deducted.
Jonny Hooper has asked if he can set up a Nidderdale League Chat Line. Answer No but there is no reason why he cannot do so in his own name. Ben Drummond to reply to him.
MCC date is August 26th 2006. Pateley Bridge to be approached to host this fixture.
Burton Leonard have been unable to find a ground available for 2006 to play a 3rd X1.
TREASURERS REPORT
Bank balance £16.388-52Sir Thomas or Neil Birtwistle to contact Ackrills Editor ( Jean McQuarrie ) to discuss continued sponsorship.
DISCIPLINARY PANEL REPORT
Full reports were given on all the matters completed and on going. Swires/Swires is still unfinished. The Panel could rehear the case.UMPIRES SECRETARY REPORT
Umpires Course started on Sept 30th with 7 attending. Hopefully we should have more umpires next season.CUP COMPETITIONS
Not having heard anything further from Bishop Monkton the Evening League Cup has been awarded to Dacre Banks.GROUND COMMITTEE REPORT
Next meeting is Thursday 27th October. Most Improved Ground will be decided.JUNIOR LEAGUE John Barrett
Reported on the season of the Junior League.There had been a record entry of 73 teams. There has been huge interest from clubs but there are still some clubs who have no junior teams at all where as some have teams in all the age groups.
There has been excellent co-operation from Ackrills – well covered.
SIX A SIDE INDOOR JUNIOR
We are 4 weeks into the season all age groups are enjoying their cricket. As stated before we have 37 teams playing this season including the new age group of under 9.CHILD WELFARE
Wath List of courses have been sent to Trevor Kettlewell – Wath C C secretary - looks as though they will attend one of the courses.The second of the two courses TIME TO LISTEN have yet to be arranged. Agreed that the league fund the three sessions which will be necessary to a total of £690 and Sir Thomas will provided the venue – probably in the Tea Room as before.
LEAGUE REPRESENTATIVE SIDE
Karl Jankowicz has decided that the League Team Manager job is not for him.After discussion the league Secretary was asked to contact the following in the hopes that we have a Team Manager for 2006.

Erik Thompson gave a report on the Meanwood C.C. wishing to join the League. We have had much correspondence with them but in the end decided that we cannot accept the Meanwood Club.DATE OF NEXT MEETING
