Further Information
Good game of cricket, good toss to win and well done to Goldsborough who now go on to play Alne in the Semi final. Some poor fielding costing Newby in what should have been a tighter game reduced to 35overs a side due to rain, dropped catches and misfields seeing G'boro to a deserved 3 wicket win.
Good luck again to Goldsborough, perhaps we should have been out in Leeds until 6am and we might have done a bit better!!
