Further Information
Game played in an excellent spirit. Birstwith 3 are a credit to the league, great bunch. Excellent bowling and fielding by Bridge, Andy Talbot the pick of the bowlers with 4 wickets, but once again a special mention for young Jake Fletcher, 12 overs for 15 runs and 2 wickets.
The heavens opened at the tea interval, and after a short delay, Paul Norfolk and Steve Paffett saw Bridge home, with no wickets lost. Steve Paffett with 55 not out, including 4 sixes.
